Bringing cohesion to the social channels of a tech behemoth.
The role of Voice of Samsung Social was a first-of-its-kind position for the Samsung Mobile USA team. I was brought on to establish copy guidelines for organic and paid social copy across the Samsung social channels: Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and Snapchat.
In partnership with strategy, I worked to establish the current best copy practices across social channels. Additionally, I oversaw all social copy from the agency for paid, organic and B2B, ensuring it met copy standards and adhered to Samsung tone of voice.
I also created copy for special projects included The Olympics, Exposure - a Samsung TV show on Hulu, content for Team Galaxy Creators and Samsung Unpacked Events.
